Please be aware that submitting a form does not guarantee an appointment. Since there are only 4 spots for the Bear w/ Me collab day event, it is NOT first come first serve.

We will close submissions on December 1st, and randomly select 4 candidates ( 2 for Teddy & Neo; 2 for Reina & Kait ) for the appointments.
